Website information

Terms of Service

Clear information about this website and the way the team handles your request.

The Easypel team is responsible for handling inquiries through this website. The site uses this trading name; legal entity and registered-office information for the new service is being updated. For operator or data questions, contact workflows@easypel.com.

Using this website

This website introduces Easypel and its proposed services. Use it lawfully and provide accurate information in your inquiry. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, misuse the form or submit content you are not entitled to share.

Inquiries and proposals

A form submission asks the team to respond. It does not create a contract, confirm availability, place an order or reserve a date. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timing and acceptance are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Illustrations and planning aids

Images and interactive outputs are illustrative concepts. They do not represent named clients, completed customer projects, live inventory, rates or professional assessments. A workflow study is a proposed process, not a software product or an automatic integration. Tool access, implementation scope, security responsibilities, pricing and timelines are agreed in writing.

Prices and payment

No fixed price is offered by submitting a form. Any quotation for a U.S. client can be prepared in USD when agreed. Currency, taxes, supplier charges, payment schedule and exclusions are confirmed in writing. Do not submit card or banking details through this website.

Changes and cancellation

Contact the team promptly if your requirements change or you wish to withdraw an inquiry. For an accepted service, the agreed contract and any disclosed supplier conditions determine changes, cancellation, refund eligibility and committed costs. No unprovided cancellation fee is introduced by these website terms.

Third parties and professional review

Third-party availability and services are subject to their own confirmed responsibilities and terms. Technical, regulatory, safety or other professional requirements must be reviewed by the appropriate qualified parties for the actual project.

Creative material

Website copy, design and original concept material may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Rights to any commissioned deliverable are determined by the relevant agreement. You retain rights in material you supply and confirm you are permitted to share it.

Privacy and communication

The Privacy Policy explains inquiry handling. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. See Service emails for requested-service communication and how to ask the team to change its contact method.

Responsibility and applicable law

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but availability and details must be confirmed for your request. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. A signed agreement specifies any applicable governing law and jurisdiction; mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
